Use of the site

By accessing or using 13lgameplay.in.net (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or interact with the Site in any way.

Eligibility

Account responsibility

If you create an account on the Site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use. 13L Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, software, and the overall look and feel, is the exclusive property of 13L Game or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use of any Site content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

Ownership and limited licence

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property right to you. The "13L Game" name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 13L Game and may not be used without our prior written consent. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software on the Site; or remove any proprietary notices or watermarks embedded in content.

User-submitted content

If you submit, post, or transmit any content on the Site, such as comments, reviews, or feedback, you grant 13L Game a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 13L Game, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Excluded damages

In no event shall 13L Game be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities; damages resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data; or damages arising from third-party content accessible through links on the Site. These exclusions apply regardless of whether 13L Game has been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

Cap on liability and indemnification

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely by law, 13L Game's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed INR 1,000 or the amount you paid to 13L Game in the three months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 13L Game and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
