13L Game - Responsible Gaming
13L Game responsible gaming: how to set deposit and time limits, recognise problem-gambling warning signs, self-exclude, and reach confidential 18+ support helplines.
Play within your limits
At 13L Game, entertainment should never come at the cost of your financial wellbeing. Before every session, decide on a fixed spend, treat it the way you would budget for a movie ticket or a restaurant meal in India: once the money is spent, the experience is over. Never deposit funds earmarked for rent, groceries, EMIs, or family expenses. If you fund your 13L Game wallet via PhonePe, GPay, or BHIM UPI, set a monthly UPI spend cap inside those apps so a second layer of control sits outside the platform entirely.
Time limits matter as much as rupee limits. Long unbroken sessions impair judgement and encourage chasing losses. Use your phone's built-in Digital Wellbeing or Screen Time tracker to cap daily app usage. Take a five-minute break every thirty minutes, step away from the screen, and reassess whether you still feel calm and in control before continuing.
Warning signs of problem gambling
Problem gambling rarely announces itself all at once. Early signs include consistently exceeding the budget you set before logging in, thinking about your next session while at work or during family time, and feeling restless or irritable on days you do not play. More serious signs include borrowing money from friends or family to fund gaming, hiding transaction history on PhonePe or GPay from a partner, or using gaming to cope with stress, anxiety, or loneliness rather than as straightforward entertainment.
If two or more of the following apply to you over the past four weeks, we strongly encourage you to use our self-exclusion tools or speak with a counsellor: (1) you spent more than you planned on more than one occasion; (2) you chased losses in a single session; (3) gaming caused you to miss a work deadline, a family commitment, or a bill payment; (4) you felt guilt or shame after playing but returned the next day regardless. Recognising the pattern early makes recovery significantly easier.
Deposit, loss and time limits
13L Game gives every registered player direct access to three types of protective limits inside the Account > Responsible Gaming panel. A deposit limit caps how much you can add to your wallet per day, week, or month, for example, setting ₹500 per week ensures you can never top up beyond that figure regardless of how many UPI transactions you attempt. A loss limit freezes your ability to wager once your net losses reach the threshold you choose for that period. A session time limit logs you out automatically after the number of minutes you specify, with a five-minute warning notification before the session ends.
All limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases, by contrast, require a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period before they become active, this prevents impulsive decisions made during a losing session from undoing your own safeguards. To set or adjust any limit, go to My Account → Responsible Gaming → Set Limits and follow the on-screen steps. We recommend reviewing your limits once a month in the same way you review a bank statement.
Self-exclusion and cool-off
A cool-off period is a short-term break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which your account remains open but you cannot place any wagers or make deposits. It is designed for moments when you feel you need a pause without committing to a full closure. A self-exclusion is a longer-term measure, you can choose 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion your account is suspended, marketing communications stop immediately, and you cannot reopen the account before the chosen period expires regardless of requests made during that time.
To activate either option, navigate to My Account → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion or email our team directly at [email protected] with the subject line Self-Exclusion Request. We will action the request within one hour. If you choose permanent exclusion and later wish to return after a minimum of five years, you will be required to provide documentation and complete a responsible gaming assessment before any reinstatement is considered.
